James McManus has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. James started their career as a Combat Engineer in the United States Army from 1995 to 1997. After that, they worked at State Street as a Corporate Accounting Officer, progressing from an individual contributor to managing a team of six. James then joined Liberty Mutual Insurance, where they held various positions such as Supervising Accountant, Supervising Senior Financial Analyst, and Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. During their time at Liberty Mutual, they implemented data-driven tools, achieved cost savings, standardized operations, and improved efficiency. In 2017, they joined MRCC Solutions as a Financial Business Consultant, where they successfully strengthened negotiations for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in a major IT development project. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Pella Windows and Doors of Boston.
James McManus completed their education at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University. James received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) with a focus on Finance and Information Systems in the year 2000. James later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same institution, with a completion date in 2020. The field of study for their MBA is unspecified.
