Rachel Gilchrist

Rachel Gilchrist is an experienced professional with a strong background in talent management, communications, and digital marketing. Since June 2019, Rachel has served as the Talent and Communications Manager at Pellings, overseeing internal and external communications, talent recruitment, onboarding, brand management, content creation, and graphic design, while also acting as the Wellbeing Champion. Prior to this role, Rachel worked as a Recruitment Consultant at Hays, specializing in Property and Surveying recruitment in South East London and Kent. Earlier experience includes serving as a Corporate Affairs Executive at NATS and a Research Executive at Estates Gazette, with a brief tenure as a Research Assistant at SNC-Lavalin, contributing to business development efforts. Rachel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Politics from the University of Portsmouth.
