Joel Bittick

Joel Bittick has extensive experience in various roles within the consulting and technology industry. Joel is currently serving as the Sr Director of Oracle Specialty Portfolio Group at Peloton Consulting Group, where they lead digital transformation initiatives by leveraging Enterprise Performance Management, Enterprise Resource Planning, Human Capital Management, and other cloud applications. Prior to this, Joel worked as a Public Sector State and Local & Higher Education Regional Account Manager at OneStream Software. Joel also served as a Partner & Sales Leader at Clarity Partners, LLC, where they provided management and IT consulting services. Before that, Joel held multiple roles at IBM, including Sales Leader for Oracle Cloud and Cognitive Innovation, and Solution Sales Professional for Oracle EPM, BI, and CX. Joel also gained valuable experience as the National VP of Financial Advisory Sales at Linium, where they led a team in providing finance and accounting transformation services. Joel has also worked at Oracle Corporation as an Oracle Consulting Sales Manager/Account Executive and at The Hackett Group as an Account Executive. Joel started their career at RadioShack, where they held various finance positions. Joel holds expertise in Oracle Hyperion and Oracle Business Intelligence platforms. Joel Bittick earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics with a minor in Mathematics from Texas A&M University from 1987 to 1991. Joel then pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance & Accounting at Regis University, graduating Magna Cum Laude from 1993 to 1995. Prior to their university studies, they attended Taylor High School from 1984 to 1987. Additionally, Joel has obtained several certifications from IBM, including Cognitive Practitioner and IBM Blockchain Essentials in 2018, as well as the IBM Selling Profession Certification - Level II Expert in 2016.
