Product Design & User Experience Lead at Peloton Technology

Richard Pallo is Peloton’s Product Design & User Experience Lead, overseeing the development of commercial vehicle driver interface systems and user training. He is a veteran of design with decades of multi-industry experience spanning autonomous vehicle technologies, agricultural & construction machinery, aerospace, biotech, consumer electronics, and mission-critical systems for the US government. He has a deep knowledge of the user-centered design (UCD) process with emphasis on user experience, industrial design, and human factors. Prior to joining Peloton in 2017, Richard held senior design and development positions with RPA Consultants, Eaton Corporation, Xicato, i2i Inc., Team Design Group, and EDGE-PDC. Richard earned a Bachelor of Design from Massey University, Wellington School of Design in New Zealand. When he is not working on solving complex design challenges, Richard keeps busy with a variety of home improvement and automotive DIY projects.
