Steve Boyd

Founder & CEO at Peloton Technology

As Peloton’s CEO, Steve draws on 20 years of experience building and managing organizations and initiatives in the private and public sectors. Prior to serving as Peloton’s Founder and CEO, Steve was previously Founder and VP External Affairs, leading efforts on public policy, communications, strategy, and business development matters over the course of his tenure at the company.

Steve has served as an Assistant Press Secretary in the White House, a Producer at the PBS NewsHour, and in a range of leadership roles in the technology sector, national political campaigns, and federal agencies. Steve was a co-founder of the Clean Economy Network, now merged with the Advanced Energy Economy association. He is an active member of the Transportation Research Board, Society of Automotive Engineers, Intelligent Transportation Society of America, American Trucking Association, Commercial Vehicle Safety Alliance, the Silicon Valley Leadership Group, and several state and national automated vehicle policy advisory groups.

Steve holds a Biology/Environmental Science degree from Pennsylvania State University with minors in Engineering, Economics, and Political Science and studied International Business and Finance at the University of Manchester (UK).
