Jessica Chiang

VP, Apparel at Peloton

Jessica Chiang is the Vice President of Apparel at Peloton. Jessica has over fifteen years of experience in the retail industry, specializing in merchandising and finance.

Jessica started their career as an intern at Gap Brand in 2005, before being promoted to Merchandise Finance Analyst at Banana Republic the following year. In 2007, they transferred to Gap China as a Merchandiser for Women's Apparel. Jessica spent five years in China before returning to the US in 2012 to join Theory as Vice President of Retail Merchandising. Jessica held this position for six years before moving to Peloton in 2018.

At Peloton, Jessica is responsible for leading the apparel team and developing strategic initiatives to drive growth. Jessica has been instrumental in launching Peloton's apparel line and expanding into new categories. Under their leadership, Peloton's apparel business has seen significant growth and is now one of the company's most successful divisions.

Jessica Chiang received a BS in Accounting and Marketing from NYU Stern School of Business. Jessica also attended Clarkstown North School.

A direct report to Jessica Chiang is and Sunny Huang - Senior Director, Apparel Strategy & Planning. They are on a team with Michael Hsu - VP, Asia Operations, Stella Ahrhembyeol Lee - Senior UX Designer, and Betina Evancha - VP, Product Management. Jessica Chiang reports to Tom Cortese, Co-Founder & Chief Product Officer.
