Sean Grady

Sean Grady is an experienced professional in the benefits consulting industry, currently serving as the Director of Global Benefits at Peloton Interactive since November 2022. Previously, Sean held the position of Director of Benefits at Healthfirst from June 2016 to November 2022 and served as Vice President - Senior Consultant & Private Exchange Office Leader at Willis Towers Watson from March 2011 to June 2016. Sean also contributed to Literacy Nassau as Vice President on the Board of Directors since June 2014, focusing on improving literacy for adults in the community. Sean's early career includes roles at Gallagher Benefit Services, where Sean was a Senior Benefits Consultant and the Eastern Region Wellness Leader, and C&B Consulting Group, Inc., where Sean held titles such as Director of Product Development, Director of Special Projects, and Account Executive.
