Arlen McMurray

Arlen McMurray has significant work experience in operations and management roles. Arlen currently holds the position of Vice President of Operations at Pelsue, starting in December 2022. Prior to this, Arlen served as Vice President of Operations at Comptek Technologies from March 2022 to November 2022.

Before joining Comptek Technologies, Arlen was the Director of Operations at IONEX Research Corporation from November 2021 to February 2022.

Arlen's extensive experience also includes various roles at Woodward, Inc., where they worked from 2005 to 2021. Their positions at Woodward, Inc. included Director of Operations Engineering, Senior Continuous Improvement Manager, Value Stream Engineering Manager, Materials Manager, Continuous Improvement Manager, Group Quality Manager - Mechanical, Project Manager - Wind Power Systems, and Quality Manager - Electronics.

Prior to working at Woodward, Inc., Arlen served as a Quality/Engineering/Project Manager at Manes Machine from November 2001 to June 2005.

Arlen McMurray attended Colorado State University from 1996 to 2000, earning a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Mechanical Engineering.
