Jacqueline O'Toole

Jacqueline O'Toole, MSc, P.Eng, currently serves as the Manager of Operations Engineering at Pembina Pipeline Corporation since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jacqueline held positions at Tidewater Midstream and Infrastructure as Engineering Superintendent and at Husky Energy in various senior engineering roles, including Sr. Manager of Operational Performance and Sr. Manager of Rainbow Lake Engineering. With extensive experience in engineering project management, loss prevention, and operational performance, Jacqueline has successfully led multidisciplinary teams, executed complex optimization projects, and developed risk management processes, earning recognition such as the CEO's Award of Excellence for Process and Occupational Safety at Husky. Jacqueline holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Project Management from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from Dalhousie University.
