Lema Matt has extensive experience in operational leadership and technical services within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Operations in the Transmission Business Unit at Pembina Pipeline Corporation since April 2013, Lema has held multiple roles, including Senior Advisor for Operations Excellence and Senior Manager for Asset Integrity. Prior experience includes managing the Technical Services Team at Pengrowth Corporation, overseeing asset integrity and facility engineering, and serving as Chief Inspector at Canetic Resources Inc., where Lema managed the Pressure Equipment Integrity Program. Lema also worked as a Plant Integrity Advisor at Syncrude Canada Ltd., focusing on integrity programs and turnarounds. Educational background includes studies at NAIT from 1999 to 2002.
