Monica Keller

Monica Keller is an accomplished professional in the property tax field, currently serving as a Commissioner for the First Nations Tax Commission since December 2024. With extensive experience, Monica has held the position of Manager of Property Tax at Pembina Pipeline Corporation since August 2019 and previously worked as a Senior Property Tax Advisor at Repsol from May 2015 to August 2019 and at Talisman Energy from January 2003 to May 2015. Early career roles include being a Property Tax Advisor at Husky Energy and a Property Tax Consultant at Newell Group. Monica holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Calgary, earned between 1988 and 1993.
