Tracy Hillier

Director, People & Culture at Pembroke School

Tracy commenced at Pembroke in 2020 and is responsible for the human resources management of 200 professional services staff (including casual staff and sporting coaches), along with supporting the professional development of staff and managing Pembroke’s recruitment and onboarding of new staff. Tracy has a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) and a Master of Human Resource Management, along with several years’ previous experience in human resource management. She is also a Certified Member of the Australian Human Resources Institute. Tracy is an old scholar of Pembroke, having graduated in 2002.
