Dan Perkins

Daniel Perkins is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in development and asset management. Currently serving as the Senior Development Director at Pembroke since March 2020, Daniel oversees private capital investments for FMR LLC and FIL Limited. As the Founder of GQN since September 2017, Daniel focuses on project sourcing, development, marketing, and due diligence for family offices and investors. Previously, Daniel held the position of European Development Director at BNP Paribas Real Estate and Development Director at HRO, where significant award-winning commercial projects were developed across Europe and the United States. Early career roles include Development & Marketing at Stratford Development Partnership, Estate Manager at Frogmore, and Junior Estate Manager at Montagu Evans. Daniel holds a Master’s degree in European Property Development & Planning from UCL and a Bachelor’s degree in Town & Country Planning from The University of Manchester.
