Jessica Watson-Glass

Jessica Watson-Glass is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and accounting across various sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Finance for Europe at Pembroke since July 2016, Jessica oversees accounting and reporting for a managed portfolio and management companies in Sweden, Germany, and the UK, while enhancing financial forecasting and cash management. Prior to Pembroke, Jessica held roles such as Senior Management Accountant at Razorfish London, Financial Accountant for Bally, and Assistant Manager at KPMG UK, where responsibilities included audit management and team supervision. Jessica holds a Chartered Accountancy qualification from ICAEW and a Master's degree in Modern Languages from The University of Manchester.
