Matthew Weed

Matthew Weed has extensive experience in learning and development across various organizations. Currently, as a Sr Learning Experience Specialist/Sr Learning Consultant at PEMCO Mutual Insurance Company, Matthew focuses on innovative learning solutions to enhance performance. Additionally, Matthew serves as a Workshop Facilitator for The Heim Group, conducting GenderSpeak workshops aimed at fostering understanding between genders. A former board member and past chair of SightConnection, Matthew contributed to initiatives supporting individuals with vision impairments. Previous roles include Principal at Matthew Weed Consulting, Operations Director for Safeco University, and various positions at Safeco Insurance, where responsibilities included training management and claims operations. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the UW Foster School of Business.
