Tina Vickery

Tina Vickery, CEBS, FPC, SHRM-SCP, is a seasoned professional in total rewards and benefits administration with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Senior Total Rewards Specialist at PEMCO since September 2021, Tina previously held the position of Sr. Rewards and Relations Partner at Gesa Credit Union from March 2015 to August 2021. Tina's earlier roles include Account Executive at Propel Insurance and Benefits Administrator at HomeStreet Bank, along with significant experience as Benefits Manager at Clearwire, where responsibilities included overseeing group health and welfare plans for over 3,500 employees. Tina's career also includes roles in HR and executive support at Internap, AT&T Wireless, and McCaw Cellular. Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Washington.
