Emile Fyon has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various roles and industries. Emile is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Penbox since October 2019. Prior to this, they worked at AXA, where they held the position of Head of Digitalization - AI, Robotics & data-driven business change from September 2017 to October 2019. In this role, they were responsible for setting up and executing the digitalization roadmap, managing a budget of 8M+ and leading a team of 30+ people. Emile successfully achieved a 1.5-year payback target ROI on investments. Emile also played a key role in the turnover of the Robotics initiative, implementing new solutions and reviewing sourcing to ensure a 100% ROI target.
Before joining AXA, Emile worked as a Digital Transformation Program Manager from January 2017 to July 2017 and as the Head of Performance Management and Portfolio Management for the COO Office from November 2013 to December 2016. During their time at AXA, they gained experience in managing large-scale IT budgets, overseeing 150 projects, and leading a team of 20 people across four teams. Emile significantly increased the maturity of the IT department by implementing standardization and simplification measures, resulting in more robust processes. Emile also successfully set up a Qlikview BI environment with a high utilization rate.
Prior to their work at AXA, Emile worked as a Project Manager at GAMING1 for six months in 2013 and as a Technology Consultant at Capgemini from September 2011 to March 2013. Emile founded their own company, Online Strategy Consulting SPRL, where they served as the Founder from July 2009 to January 2013. Emile also gained experience in recruitment coordination as the Solvay Campus Recruitment Coordinator at Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management (SBS-EM) - ULB from April 2010 to June 2011.
In addition, Emile has held various positions earlier in their career, including ICT Responsible at Cercle Solvay asbl from June 2008 to June 2010 and an internship at Affix corporate finance from August 2009 to December 2009.
