David Franke

David Franke has a diverse work experience in the construction industry. David started their career in 1999 at Skanska as a Project Manager, where they worked for 20 years until 2019. David then joined ROSS BUILDERS NORTHWEST, LLC as a Project Manager in October 2019 and continued in that role until January 2023. In 2020, they joined RFW Concrete, LLC as a Senior Manager, specializing in large complex concrete projects, and worked there until January 2023. Currently, they are working at Pence Construction as a Project Manager since July 2022.

David Franke has a Bachelor's degree in Project Management from George Fox University.
