Caroline Wairimu

Caroline Wairimu is the Acting Head of People at Penda Health. Caroline has held this position for 3 years and 3 months, and prior to that, they were the Head of Human Resources, Human Resources Business Partner, and Human Resource Manager at Penda Health. Caroline has also worked as a Human Resource Executive at Enchanting Travels and as an HR Operations at Aga Khan University Hospital. In addition, they have also worked as a Talent Acquisition Intern at Safaricom Ltd and as an Admin Assistant at Barclays Bank of Kenya.

Caroline Wairimu has a Master of Arts from the University of Nairobi in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, which they obtained in 2019. Caroline also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Institute of Human Resource Management, which they obtained in 2012. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nairobi, which they obtained in 2011. Finally, they have a KCSE from Pangani Girls High School, which they obtained in 2005.
