Jennifer (JR) Rettig serves as the Chief People Officer at Pendo.io since January 2021, where Jennifer leads a world-class People team focused on enhancing software experiences. Prior to Pendo, Jennifer held significant roles in talent acquisition, including Head of Recruiting for Looker at Google Cloud, VP Recruiting at Looker, and various leadership positions at Yahoo, jcpenney, Target, and Apple. With extensive experience in driving recruitment strategies, integrating global talent functions, and transforming organizational talent capabilities, Jennifer is recognized for fostering inclusive hiring while partnering closely with executive teams to meet strategic business needs. Jennifer earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Michigan in 1994.
