Ben Albrecht has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Ben began their career in 2011 as a Project Officer at the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development in Victoria, Australia. During their time there, they successfully coordinated the relocation of the department to a central location.
In 2015, Ben worked as a Consultant at Pactera, where they provided consulting services to clients. In 2016, they joined Skedulo as a Lead Solution Consultant, responsible for presenting and developing solutions for prospects and customers based on their business requirements. Ben remained in this role until 2017.
Currently, Ben serves as the Head of Customer at Pendula, a position they have held since November 2017. In this role, they oversee the entire customer lifecycle, implementing customer strategies and initiatives to ensure retention and growth among the installed base. Ben also leads the teams responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Ben Albrecht completed their Bachelor of International Business degree in International Business from San Francisco State University in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Business (International) degree in Business/Commerce from Victoria University between 2011 and 2014. Ben'searlier education includes a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from RMIT University, which they completed from 2008 to 2011.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Ben Albrecht has earned several certifications. Ben obtained the MEDDPICC certification by SalesHood from Pendula in May 2023. In June 2018, they achieved the Zuora Certified Administrator certification from Zuora. Furthermore, they became a Certified Advanced Administrator and Certified Administrator from Salesforce in September 2015 and February 2015, respectively. In January 2015, they also attained the Zuora Certified Solutions Architect certification from Zuora.
