Susan Abramson

Susan Abramson is an experienced professional in work-life and childcare consulting, currently serving as an Independent Consultant at Pendulum Dependent Care Solutions since October 2023. Prior to this role, Susan dedicated nearly 28 years to Yale University, where positions included WorkLife Consultant, Manager of Yale WorkLife and Childcare Programs, Coordinator of Yale WorkLife and Childcare Programs, and Child Care Coordinator.
