Christophe Bougeard

Christophe Bougeard has more than 25 years of work experience, with a diverse range of roles at various companies. Christophe'smost recent position was as the ITHAQUE Group Managing Director at Pénélope Groupe starting in July 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Managing Director of Expectra, Appel Médical & Jbm, which is part of Groupe Randstad France, from January 2015 to June 2020. Christophe also held other management positions at Groupe Randstad France, including Marketing Director and Managing Director of Appel Médical & Jbm. Before joining Groupe Randstad France, Bougeard worked at L'Oréal as the Mass Market Division General Manager and Zone Marketing Manager on Garnier, among other roles. Christophe began their career at RB, where they gained experience as a Senior Brand Manager and Assistant Brand Manager. In addition to their corporate experience, Bougeard also has experience in co-creation, management, and teaching, specifically in preparing students for business school competitive exams.

Christophe Bougeard attended Lycée Assomption (Rennes) from 1987 to 1990, where they obtained a Bac C with honors in Mathematics and Physics. From 1990 to 1992, they studied at Lycée Chateaubriand (Rennes) and completed their Prépa HEC degree in Economics. Christophe then pursued their education at HEC Paris from 1992 to 1995, completing their MBA with a focus on Economics & Business. In 2002, Christophe attended INSEAD for a Transition to General Management program. In 2010, they furthered their education at IMD, completing the Global Leadership program. Lastly, in 2018, they attended the Transformation Leadership Program at London Business School.
