Jacqueline Perrin

Jacqueline Perrin currently serves as the VP of Business Risk & Controls at PenFed Credit Union since June 2019. Previously, Jacqueline held various leadership roles at USAA from September 2010 to June 2019, including Director of Real Estate Lending Operational Governance, where responsibilities included overseeing real estate operations, ensuring compliance with regulations, and implementing technological changes that resulted in significant cost reductions and improved member satisfaction. Jacqueline's expertise encompasses the end-to-end mortgage process, operational governance, and regulatory compliance, alongside a robust background in training and policy development. Jacqueline earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
