Jennifer Anderson is an accomplished Leadership and Talent Development Manager with extensive experience in talent management and program development across various organizations, including PenFed Credit Union, where strategic leadership initiatives were implemented for a significant financial institution. Jennifer has held multiple roles within the US Army Medical Command and the Office of the Secretary of Defense, focusing on transition training and development for military personnel and their families.
