Molly Gard has extensive experience in human resources, having held various roles such as Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Director of Human Resources, and Human Resources Manager. Molly has worked at companies such as PenFed Credit Union, Bellevue University, Amber Pharmacy, and Hy Vee. Molly holds a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resource Management and a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Molly is also an Adjunct Professor at Bellevue University. In their previous role at Hy Vee, Molly managed various HR functions such as scheduling, benefits, hiring, payroll, and training.
