Theresa Grafenstine

Terry Grafenstine is the current Chief Audit Executive at PenFed Credit Union. Prior to this role, Terry served as the Global Chief Auditor, Operations & Technology at Citi, overseeing a team of auditors and leading audits on cybersecurity, operational resilience, and technology aspects of Citi’s business lines. With previous experience at Deloitte as a Managing Director and as the Inspector General of the U.S. House of Representatives, Terry has a strong background in auditing, risk assessments, and stakeholder interactions. Terry holds a BS in Accounting from Saint Joseph's University.
