David Brieck Jr. has extensive work experience in the field of information technology. David started their career at Lancaster Newspapers, Inc. in 2003, where they progressed from a developer to a system administrator and eventually became the Interactive Media Manager. In this role, they were responsible for developing and executing the company's technology plan, overseeing the department's work, and coordinating with other departments. In 2012, David joined Pengate Handling Systems, Inc. as the Information Systems Manager, and later became the Director of Information Technology in November 2020.
David Brieck Jr. obtained their BS degree in Operations and Information Systems Management from Penn State University, where they attended from 1998 to 2002. Years later, they pursued further education and acquired a Masters degree in Business Administration from Penn State University, completing this program from 2010 to 2012.
