Rick Zhuang

Rick Zhuang is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Firework, a prominent video commerce solution empowering over 1,000 clients globally. In addition, Zhuang holds a position as an Advisory Board Member at Penguin Benefits, Inc., an innovative Insurtech startup. Previous experience includes significant roles at Alibaba Group, where Zhuang was Head of Engineering at Tmall New Retail, and Tencent, serving as Director of Engineering. Zhuang began a career at Yahoo! as a Tech Lead/Sr. Relevance Scientist, leading major personalization projects.
