Maria Soler Cantón

Maria Soler Cantón has a diverse work experience in the field of art directing and designing. Maria is currently working as the Art Director for the Children's division at Penguin Random House Spain since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Freelance Art Director from May 2021 to September 2021.

Maria also gained valuable experience at Walker Books, where they held multiple roles, including Art Director from January 2020 to May 2021, Assistant Art Director from December 2016 to January 2020, Senior Designer from January 2015 to December 2016, and Designer from May 2012 to January 2015.

Earlier in their career, Maria worked as a Freelance Graphic Designer at Blacksheep UK for a brief period from September 2011 to December 2011. Maria also worked as a Senior Designer at Grupo Planeta from January 2011 to August 2011.

Maria started their professional journey as a Designer at Estudi Enric Jardí from December 2008 to December 2010. Prior to that, they worked as a Designer at Alonso&Balaguer Arquitectos Asociados from January 2006 to September 2008.

Maria Soler Cantón completed their education in graphic design. Maria first attended Bau, Centre Universitari de Disseny from 2004 to 2007, where they earned a degree in Graphic Design. In 2007, they also participated in the Erasmus program at Willem de Kooning Academie Hogeschool Rotterdam, focusing on Graphic Design.
