Ramon Fauria

Ramon Fauria has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. In 2005, they founded and became the CEO of Experience RF, where they delivered motivational and transformational conferences and workshops, combining innovative methodologies and practical tools for professional and personal development. RAMON also worked as a mentalist, utilizing a unique combination of disciplines such as neuroscience, psychology, communication, management, and showmanship to explore the potential of the human mind. Additionally, Ramon served as a communicator, presenter, and facilitator, specializing in effective communication and engagement techniques for corporate events and presentations. In 2011, they became a master coach, providing executive and personal coaching services to help individuals and organizations optimize their performance and achieve success. Ramon has made appearances in various media outlets to share their expertise. In 2018, they authored "The Book of Powers: discover and expand your potential and influence" published by Penguin Random House. RAMON also served as a professor at CETT_UB Tourism & Hospitality, Education/Research, teaching about talent, leadership, and high-performance teams in the Master of Events program. From 2008 to 2013, Ramon worked as a trainer at Blanquerna - Universitat Ramon Llull, and from 1994 to 1997, they were a professor in the Master of Business Communication program at ESMATUR.

Ramon Fauria's education history includes a Master's degree in Coaching profesional ejecutivo y personal from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, which they pursued from 2010 to 2011. Prior to that, from 1993 to 1995, they obtained a Master's degree in International Business from London Metropolitan University. RAMON pursued their undergraduate studies from 1987 to 1992 at Universitat de Barcelona, where they completed a Licenciatura in Derecho. Lastly, they completed their Bachillerato degree at Sant Ignasi de Sarrià from 1980 to 1987.
