Rod Frias

Rod Frias has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Rod is currently serving as the ORIGEN Sales Manager at Penguin Random House Grupo Editorial since February 2022. Prior to this role, they worked as a Middle & High School Spanish Teacher and Computer Coding Teacher at Grace Christian Academy & SHINE Tutorial from August 2018 to March 2022, where they successfully implemented curriculums to enhance students' proficiency in the Spanish language and taught coding using JavaScript. From October 2015 to February 2018, Rod worked as the Spanish Buyer at Lifeway Christian Stores. Before that, they were a Production Editor at LifeWay Christian Resources from September 2013 to September 2015. Rod also has entrepreneurial experience as the Founder & President of Selecta USA from January 2000 to September 2013. Rod began their career as a Network Administrator at Thinkware from February 1998 to December 2000, and prior to that, they worked as a Database/Network Engineer at Avenue Technologies from September 1994 to January 1998.
