Frank Hill

Frank Hill is a seasoned sales leader with extensive experience in the technology and automation sectors, currently serving as the Regional Sales Director for Penguin Solutions, overseeing operations in the Western USA and Canada since April 2025. Previously, Frank held the same title at Stratus Technologies from December 2004, where significant achievements included being named 2023 Account Executive of the Year and leading a global partnership with Rockwell Automation as Director of Strategic Alliances. Frank's career also encompasses driving global sales growth in automation and edge computing at Stratus, managing major pharmaceutical accounts at Rockwell Automation, and transforming production workflows in prior roles. Frank holds both a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance from Brigham Young University.
