Mark Borrego has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Mark started their career as a Server Technician at PCPC Direct, Ltd. in November 2014 and worked there until February 2018. In February 2018, they joined Penguin Computing as a Field Support Technician, Sr. and held this position until March 2022. Following that, they transitioned into the role of Technical Account Manager at Penguin Computing.

Mark Borrego earned their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering Technology/Technician from the University of Houston, where they studied from 2010 to 2014. Mark also obtained additional certifications, including CompTIA Server+ from CompTIA in June 2016, and CompTIA A+ ce from CompTIA in November 2015.
