Pierre Bourque

Pierre Bourque, PMP, CSM has extensive work experience in project management and leadership roles. Pierre currently serves as the Director of the Project Management Office at Penguin Computing since June 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Program Manager at Penguin Computing starting from January 2019.

Before joining Penguin Computing, Pierre worked at Presidio as a Senior Project Manager from October 2010 to December 2018. Additionally, they held the position of a Senior Project Manager at Orlando Utilities Commission from 2010 to 2014.

During their tenure at Coleman Technologies from 1997 to 2005, Pierre worked as a Project Manager and Inside/Outside Sales Manager. Pierre was responsible for field support at Orlando Regional Healthcare, PC conversion projects at Bon Secours and Lee Memorial Hospitals, and managing a team for hardware/software procurement and coordination with installation teams. Pierre also served as an Account Manager, handling over 70 customers and providing customer service and information about new technology advancements.

Prior to Coleman Technologies, Pierre worked at AutoPower Corporation as a VP for Training, Installation, and Product Support from 1995 to 1997. In this role, they managed the Call Center, developed technical training material and system documentation, and coordinated installations and training at customer sites.

Pierre's career began at Navarro Software Design, where they worked as the Owner and President from 1990 to 1995. Pierre developed and taught technical training material for IBM mainframe system operations and handled marketing, billing, and customer follow-up.

Their early career includes a managerial role at Pacific Bell from 1981 to 1991. Pierre was responsible for IBM mainframe systems operations, including running batch processes, conducting IMS database recoveries, and developing and delivering mainframe hardware and software training to new operators.
