Hugo Caneira

Hugo Caneira has a diverse work experience in the hospitality industry. Hugo started their career as a Stock Controller at SONAE in 2013. From there, they worked at Martinhal Family Hotels & Resorts, where they held roles as a Bartender, Waiter, and eventually Head Waiter from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, they joined The Lanesborough as a Demi Chef de Rang, and then progressed to a Chef de Rang in 2019. In 2019, they joined Penha Longa Resort, where they have held various roles including Waiter at Eneko Lisboa, Waiter at LAB by Sergi Arola, Learning Coach at LAB by Sergi Arola, and currently, they are the Head Waiter at LAB by Sergi Arola.
