Miranda Marks

Miranda Marks is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at Peninsula Health since July 2019 and as a Non Executive Director at Kilvington Grammar School since February 2023. Miranda has held various legal counsel positions at companies such as Quest Apartment Hotels, The PAS Group Limited, The Noodle Box P/L, and Retail Food Group, from September 2008 to June 2019. Miranda began their legal career as an Articled Clerk/Lawyer at Birch Ross & Barlow between July 2006 and August 2008. Miranda holds a BA/LLB (Honors) degree from Monash University and a Certificate in Governance Practice from the Governance Institute of Australia.
