Sovakar Basnet

Sovakar Basnet is an accomplished Information Technology professional with extensive experience in network engineering and IT support. Currently serving as an Information Technology Network Engineer and previously as an IT Service Desk Officer at Peninsula Health since March 2021, Sovakar has gained significant expertise in user account management, deploying Windows images, and mobile device management. Prior roles include IT Help Desk Support Officer at Regis Aged Care, where responsibilities encompassed providing Level 1 IT support for 8400 users and managing asset inventory. Earlier experiences at Khwopa Engineering College and WorldLink Communications involved technical support and administration of IT systems. Sovakar holds a Master's degree in Information and Communication Technology from La Trobe University and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Khwopa Engineering College.
