Marina McLean is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in employee relations and business partnership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as the People and Culture Business Partner at Peninsula Hot Springs since June 2023, Marina has previously held positions such as Human Resources Business Partner at The PAS Group Limited and HR Manager at Swisse Wellness.
