Bryanna Whitney serves as the Public Access Project Manager for the Peninsula Open Space Trust (POST) since September 2022, managing regional trail and public access planning projects while promoting equitable access and community engagement. Previously, Bryanna held the position of Research Fellow at The Foresight Lab, and worked at the San Mateo Resource Conservation District in various roles including Inspiration & Communications Manager, where responsibilities included developing communication plans, managing website content, and implementing organizational branding. Experience also includes roles as Conservation Project Coordinator and Assistant, focusing on climate, agriculture, and habitat projects, grant writing, and providing technical assistance. Earlier, Bryanna coordinated nature awareness programs at The Riekes Center, and held educational positions at Gold Arrow Camp and UC Santa Cruz, where Bryanna also earned a BA in Environmental Studies with Highest Honors.
