Diane Cordova

Diane Cordova has extensive experience in various leadership roles, primarily in the areas of human resources and talent management. Diane'smost recent position was as the Chief Talent Officer at POST, where they oversaw talent acquisition, leadership development, employee engagement, and organizational design. Prior to that, they held roles such as Director of Talent Acquisition & Engagement and Director of Human Resources at the same company. Diane also had notable experiences as an advisor for Madison Reed, an angel investor and board member for Kid Basix, an angel investor and advisor for Sahale Snacks, and an investor and advisor for Sports Potential. Diane has held leadership positions at companies like 12 Entrepreneuring, NBC Internet/Snap.com, Imagine Media, and Xerox, where they played an integral role in HR functions, organizational development, and talent management.
