Alex Anderson

Alex Anderson has a strong background in construction and development. Alex started their career as a Lead Foreman at Tom Rolleri Home Improvement in 2003 and then worked as a Superintendent at Brian Keith Keesee Construction from 2005 to 2007. Alex then became the Project Manager and General Contractor for the developer at Bald Head Island Construction, LLC., where they oversaw the construction of commercial and residential projects and infrastructure projects. In 2013, they joined Ark Development Group as the Director of Development and Construction for the Eastern Division, where they managed the operations of a large master planned community. In 2018, they took on the role of Executive Vice President of Construction at Penmarc Inspired Spaces, where they provided in-home installation services and had access to business intelligence tools. Currently, Alex Anderson is the President of Southern Concepts Design & Build, where they have been building custom luxury homes along the Southern coast for over 19 years. Alex is known for their attention to detail and their expertise in green building techniques.

Alex Anderson earned a Bachelor's degree from North Carolina State University in 2002.
