Gadi Rouache

Gadi Rouache is an accomplished design leader with extensive experience in user experience, technology strategy, and creative direction. Currently serving as the Head of Design & User Experience at PENN Entertainment, Inc., Gadi oversees design efforts across consumer and enterprise portfolios. Previously, Gadi held various senior roles at The Walt Disney Company, including Vice President of Technology Strategy & Creative and Executive Director of both Storytelling & International Design and Concept Development, contributing to major projects and collaborations across the organization. As the Founder & CEO of Gadi Creative, a strategy and branding agency, Gadi delivered comprehensive design solutions for notable clients such as Yahoo, NBC Sports, and Amazon Studios. Gadi's educational background includes a BSBA in Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management from Washington University in St. Louis.
