Jim DeMarco is a seasoned marketing analytics and insights professional with extensive experience in the gaming, retail, and media sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Marketing Analytics and Insights at Penn National Gaming since May 2022, Jim has previously held consulting roles and leadership positions at NextUp Partners LLC, Caesars Entertainment, FreshDirect, NBCUniversal, Time Inc., TMB (Trusted Media Brands), and Barnes & Noble, Inc. Notable achievements include managing marketing performance measurement for William Hill’s US sports betting expansion, leading consumer and brand insights to drive business growth at FreshDirect, and establishing the first digital research team at Time Inc. Jim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from La Salle University.
