Matthew Spitnale

Matthew Spitnale is currently the Regional Director of Compliance at PENN Entertainment, Inc., a position held since September 2019, where responsibilities include coordinating regulatory approvals for key projects across Ohio's casinos and racinos and serving as the primary contact with state regulators. Prior to this role, Matthew served as an Assistant Attorney General at the Ohio Attorney General's Office from March 2015 to September 2019, representing various state agencies in licensing matters and eminent domain cases. Matthew holds a Juris Doctor degree from The University of Toledo College of Law, obtained between 2010 and 2014.
