Ryan Yanagi

Ryan Yanagi is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across the hospitality and education sectors. Currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at PENN Entertainment, Inc. since October 2022, Ryan previously held significant positions including Human Resources Director at Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, and Director of Human Resources at FirstService Residential, Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino, and MGM Resorts International - Luxor Resort and Casino. Ryan's career in education includes serving as Deputy Chief Human Resources Officer for the Clark County School District, where oversight of recruitment, employee relations, and human capital management were key responsibilities. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Special Education/Psychology from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas and a Master’s Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from Nova Southeastern University.
