William Zeralsky

VP, Marketing Strategy & Performance at Penn Entertainment

William Zeralsky is currently the Vice President of Marketing Strategy and Performance at Penn National Gaming. Prior to this, they spent twelve years at MGM Resorts International, where they were the Vice President of Marketing for the MGM National Harbor.

William was responsible for leading the pre-opening and post-launch marketing strategy, team hiring and development, and operational execution for MGM’s $1.5B flagship resort in the Washington DC metro area. Under their leadership, the resort achieved $810m in Net Revenue and $215m in EBITDAR with #1 market share and total marketing expense well below 20%.

William also crafted the reinvestment plan, loyalty card earning rates, zone-based customer evaluation for database marketing, and hotel revenue management criteria catered to the unique market dynamics of the area, which included competition, high guest frequency, and slot 56%/ table 20% tax rates. In addition, they led a multi-layered targeted Special Event, Entertainment, and Daily Promotion calendar that leveraged Atrient Kiosk technology, IGT Service Window, and creative marketing techniques to drive incremental visitation and revenue.

Finally, they implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, IGT Mobile Host Technology Perpetual Offers, and built a Casino Host culture based on “Relationships”, “Sales”, and “Teamwork”.

William Zeralsky has an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a BS in Business Management from LSU Shreveport. William also has a degree in General Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University.

William Zeralsky reports to Jennifer Weissman, SVP, Chief Marketing Officer. They are on a team with and Susan O'Connell - VP, Regional Marketing.
