Karen Beatty has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Karen began their career in 1982 at Business Services Inc. as a Customer Service Representative, where they built customer loyalty and demonstrated mastery of customer service call scripts. In 2004, they joined Victory Refrigeration as a Senior Parts Representative, providing accurate information and addressing customer inquiries. In 2014, they moved to Beverage Air as a Technical Customer Support, where they maintained records and developed effective relationships. Currently, they work at PJP, An Envoy Solutions Company as a Customer Experience Lead and previously held roles as a Customer Care Lead and Customer Service Representative.

Karen Beatty attended Lenape High School from 1974 to 1977, studying College Prep. Karen did not obtain a specific degree during this time.
