Paul Schiavone

Paul Schiavone has over 20 years of experience in the field of Human Resources. Paul currently holds the position of Chief Human Resources Officer at Penn-Mar Human Services since February 2017. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at the same company from January 2017 to March 2018. Before joining Penn-Mar Human Services, Paul worked at McCormick as the Director of Human Relations from October 2003 to May 2016. Paul also has experience at Black & Decker as a Senior HR Manager, where they led a team of 7 HR professionals, reduced labor expenses by 25%, and improved employee retention rates through effective coaching and adherence to policies and legal guidelines.

Paul Schiavone holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Loyola University Maryland. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on General Studies, from the same institution. Paul's education also includes a high school diploma from Calvert Hall College High School, where they studied General Studies.
