Teresa Obrien

Teresa OBrien has extensive experience in the human services field, having worked at Penn-Mar Human Services since September 1988, currently serving as Support Team Manager. Prior to this role, Teresa held the position of Program Services Manager at CHANGE, Inc, a division of Penn-Mar Human Services, from September 1988 until October 2022. In both roles, Teresa has focused on partnering with individuals with disabilities to promote community integration and independence, providing opportunities for skill development and personal choice. Teresa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Millersville University of Pennsylvania, earned between 1984 and 1988, and graduated from Delone Catholic High School in 1984.
